TKB Stores Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between TKB Stores ("TKB," "we," or "us") and you, the Vendor ("Vendor," "you," or "your") offering products for sale through the TKB Stores mobile application ("App").

Definitions:

Deals: Special offers or discounts on products or services.
Customer: An individual who creates an account and uses the TKB Stores app.
Products: Tangible goods offered for sale on the platform.
Services: Intangible offerings provided by registered vendors.
Order: A customer's confirmed request to purchase a product or service from a vendor through the TKB Stores app.

4. Product and Service Quality and Returns:

You warrant that all products offered on the TKB Stores platform are of high quality, new, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for handling any customer returns or exchanges according to a clearly defined return policy communicated through TKB Stores.
You will be responsible for any costs incurred due to product returns caused by issues on your end, such as faulty products, incorrect shipments, or inaccurate product descriptions.
You represent and warrant that all services offered on the TKB Stores platform are performed by qualified and professional service providers who are duly licensed or otherwise authorized to provide such services in the relevant jurisdictions.
You are responsible for the quality and performance of all services you offer on the TKB Stores platform.
TKB does not provide any warranty or guarantee regarding the services offered on its platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold TKB harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the services you offer on the TKB Stores platform.

5. Pricing and Payments:

You will set competitive prices for your products offered on the TKB Stores platform.
TKB will collect payments from customers and handle all financial transactions securely through our payment gateway.
You will receive payment for completed orders within a designated timeframe, minus TKB's commission on each sale. The commission rate will be clearly communicated in a separate agreement.

6. Intellectual Property:

You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permits to sell the products you offer on the TKB Stores platform.
You grant TKB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use product descriptions, specifications, and images for marketing and promotional purposes on the TKB Stores platform.

7. Marketing and Promotions:

You can participate in TKB Group Discount promotions by offering discounted products and services on the platform. Specific terms and conditions will be established for each TKB Group Discounts.
You are encouraged to collaborate with TKB on marketing initiatives to promote your products on the platform.

8. Term and Termination:

These terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party upon written notice.
TKB may terminate these terms for cause, including but not limited to:

Vendor failure to meet product quality standards or delivery timelines.
Violation of any terms outlined in this agreement.
Any actions that damage the reputation of TKB Stores.

9. Limitation of Liability:

TKB is not liable for any damages arising from your actions or inactions related to product quality, fulfillment, or customer service.

10. Confidentiality:

You agree to keep all confidential information obtained through your relationship with TKB confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.

12. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TKB regarding your participation as a Vendor on the TKB Stores platform.

13. Amendments:

TKB reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the platform. Your continued participation as a Vendor signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
